I sometimes clean coins I find. Is there a tool that warns about value before cleaning?
Cleaning coins can hurt their value so I always check first. This coin checker shows me the estimated value in current condition. I used it recently on some old pennies and decided most were better left untouched. It’s a good reminder to think twice before reaching for cleaning solutions.
